New York's premier wine tour experience

Below are some of our personal favorites. However, we are able to book private wine tours to any Long Island vineyard or winery

Pugliese Vineyards

Pugliese Vineyards is known as “The Winery in the Hollow”. It is one of the more interesting and quaint wineries to visit. Family owned and operated, the winery is home to a selection of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Grigio, Sangiovese, Gewurztraminer and Niagara grapes. The property contains a charming lake with a fountain spraying lightly and outdoor seating. While many Long Island wineries have “one great wine”, at Pugliese you will find yourself pleasantly surprised at just how many of them you truly desire to take home with you. If you’re traveling to more than one tasting room along the North Fork Wine Trail, then it is simply imperative you choose the champagne flight to try.

Baiting Hollow

During the 1980's, Sam Rubin ventured to eastern Long Island and acquired what has since become the beautiful Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard® . Sam, a lifelong farmer and naturalist, began to till the soil, the basis for all great wines, using only organic compost and other natural ingredients. This approach, the acquisition of fine French vines, the rather hospitable climate of the region, along with his vision and hard work, remain the foundation for BHFV's rather exceptional wine.

Sparkling Pointe

The Sparkling Pointe tasting experience is a showcase of prestige, artistry, and finesse combined with just the right amount of spirited festiveness. Earning coveted 90+ point scores from Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator, Sparkling Pointe wines are consistently acknowledged as some of the best in the region. Farming 40 acres of vineyard, planted only with the classic Champagne grape varietals—Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay—each Sparkling Pointe cuvée is an authentic expression of the land and the winemaker’s finesse. Adding to the experience, the Tasting House is adorned with opulent crystal chandeliers, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. One of the most elegant Long Island vineyards.

Jason's Vineyard

Jason’s Vineyard was planted in 1996 using only the finest clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Jason's Vineyard also purchases the grape varietals of Sauvignon Blanc, Seyvel Blanc, Cayuga and Riesling. Jason's pioneered the dense spacing of vines on the North Fork. This technique, not seen prior to Jason's Vineyard, is more closely planted than many other local vineyards. The six feet between rows and three feet between adjacent vines are Bordeaux measurements.

Martha Clara Vineyard

Recently purchased Martha Clara is one of Long Island's finest vineyards.  Long Island is home to some of the best grape growing conditions in the world. It's sandy loam soil creates an atmosphere that helps cultivate the grapes that make up Martha Clara Vineyards finest wines. The North Fork has the perfect climate terroir for growing grapes. The temperatures in the area are controlled by sea-breezes that aerate the vineyards. At Martha Clara, the science of winemaking itself is of utmost importance.
